We submitted the Community Asset Transfer for the Mill of Benholm to Aberdeenshire Council in line with the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 on the 25th of August 2023 and Aberdeenshire Council has validated our application in the meantime and has put up public notices at the Mill of Benholm and in the community.
