On the 23rd of January 2024 the Councillors of the Aberdeenshire Council Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee have voted in favour of our Community Asset Transfer of the Mill of Benholm in line with the report issued by the Aberdeenshire Council Officers and our Community Asset Transfer has been successful.
With that, after the legal process of transferring the ownership from Aberdeenshire Council to the Mill of Benholm Enterprise (SCIO), which cannot exceed 6 months from the 23rd of January 2024, the Mill of Benholm will be owned by the Mill of Benholm Enterprise (SCIO)
